What do you stand for? What issues are important to your customers? What causes align to your vision and values?
The answer is, it's up to you. You can support registered charities or NGO's that strike a chord with you and your customers. Projects should meet one or more of the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals
You can choose to fund projects with budgets anywhere from $100 to $40,000. You could fund one project at a time, or let your customers pick their favourite of multiple projects.
So whether it's saving sea turtles in Bermuda, providing accessible eye care to Indigenous Australians, or empowering women in Sri Lanka through education and training, it's up to you.
You might already have a project that you support - we can work with you to take the charity through our vetting process and get the project set up on your e-commerce site.
So, you're onboard with this business strategy to include social impact throughout your product development and marketing activities.
How are you going to really align your values with those of your customers?
What your brand proposition?
You've probably already invested a lot in creating a unique brand proposition. Let us help you find projects that enhance your brand values. We have sourced and funded over 180 projects across a wide range of themes.
What themes best fit with your product?
The very nature of your product probably already aligns to your values. Can you create a great story and marketing campaign around this alignment. For example:
- Travel & tourism - sustainable development
- Energy bars – food security
- Plastic footwear - sea turtles conservation
- Sunglasses - eyesight
Where do you operate?
There's often a great story to tell when you connect over local issues. For example, travelers going to Nepal or South America would be keen to help fund projects in those areas, so this makes sense for a travel brand. Maybe you are keen to support community development projects near your manufacturing facilities and improve lives in your operating region, beyond your own workforce.
If your products are associated with a specific location, we can source suitable projects in that country or area.
What do your customers care about?
Getting feedback from your customers about the issues they care about or the charities they support? Why not offer projects that make it quick and easy for your customers to give to the issues they already care about.
Does it align with existing partnerships?
Many businesses and brands have held long associations with charities - why not create an opportunity for your customers to engage in these partnerships and really increase your impact.
We are able to support global charities large and small, provided their projects help support one or more of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals.
